Hangzhou Guodian was founded in 2003, with a Class B qualification for engineering consulting, a Class II qualification for general contracting of power engineering, a Class IV qualification for undertaking (repairing, testing) power construction permits, a Class II qualification for professional contracting of electronic and intelligent engineering, and a Class B qualification for engineering design in the power industry. It is a national high-tech and specialized new enterprise that closely provides comprehensive solutions around the "generation, transmission, distribution, sales, design, and construction" links of green energy.
